We’re thrilled to announce that the 2026 NHLBCC Convention will be a unique and memorable experience — we’ll be setting sail aboard the beautiful Celebrity Reflection for a 3-night, 4-day cruise!

Bidding for convention
The convention site is generally chosen two years in advance during the annual delegates' meeting.
A member club in good standing that wants to bid for convention must submit a letter of intent in writing to the President of the NHLBC and the other Member Clubs. This can be accomplished by emailing the Columbus Jacketbackers @ [email protected] . This must be done AT LEAST 120 days before the annual delegates' meeting.
The proposed convention site will be voted on by the delegates at the annual meeting. A simple majority vote will approve the location.
All attendees must be members in good standing of an NHLBC member club, or a club applying for membership in the NHLBC, or invited guests of the host club.
